Commission structure
- Active while cumulative net sales ≤ $1,000
- 12-month window from first paid invoice
- Resets per referral, not per affiliate
- Unlocks once cumulative net sales exceed $1,000
- No upper cap — applies to all revenue in window
- Invoices straddling threshold split proportionally
- Credited 30 days after referee's first paid invoice
- Granted as a coupon you can apply to your account
- One-time per referral — no window required
- Clock starts on referee's first paid invoice
- Annual renewals & upgrades count within window
- Churned-then-reactivated customers restart the clock
Commissions are calculated on net revenue — gross invoice amount minus discounts, tax, and refunds. Refunds trigger a proportional commission clawback.
